My Girlfriend and I took our yearly trip to the UCLA Jazz & Reggae Festival this past Sunday, and this time we opted to go on the Jazz day because the line up on the Reggae day was sorta "blah", and we had seen most of the good artists on the bill before.
It was crowded as usual (maybe even more than ever!), and it was a beautiful day. I've seen De La Soul many times before and they rocked the crowd as usual, but I was really moved by Eykah Badu's performance! I've never seen her live before and always thought she was "pretty dope", but this show fortified me as an official Fan! She KILLED and Elctro version of "Aple Tree", that had to have been in same the key as "Planet Rock"!!!

Mi novia y yo tomamos nuestro viaje anual a la UCLA Festival de Jazz y Reggae de este pasado domingo, y esta vez hemos optado por ir en el día de Jazz porque la programa en el día de Reggae no hera muy bueno, y que había visto la mayoría de los buenos artistas antes.
Estaba llena como de costumbre (tal vez incluso más que nunca!), Y fue un hermoso día. He visto a De La Soul muchas veces antes y que había un gran espectáculo, como de costumbre, pero yo estaba muy conmovido por el rendimiento de Eykah Badu! Nunca he visto en vivo antes y siempre pensaba que ella estaba "muy bien", pero este show me fortificada como fanatico oficial! Mató un versión Electro de "Aple Tree", que tenía que haber estado en la misma tecla "Planeta Rock"!
